		<description>Hi,
I too, am seriously concerned about the lack of any proactive effort by any Govt or other Authorities to put 'new' water into the Murray Darling System [MDS].

We constantly see reports from for e.g. ABC's Landline and 60 Minutes on how bad things are becoming --- but there are no reports on possible solutions.

In 2005/2006, I started research on possible solutions -- I do not profess that my input is the only answer, but I believe that it may well help.

Check out my weblog here:

http://arewetheclevercountry.blogspot.com/

The 2 papers are:
"The Clever Country - Dying of Thirst"
"Recycling - Hot Topic or Just Hot Air"

Let me know what you think - i.e. Input Welcome.

Feel free to pass it on to your friends &#38; neighbours.

Cheers
